Something I wish I had thought of: Mundane Journeys is a book of tiny eccentric adventures to take around San Francisco. If you are planning a trip here, you would have such a good time being guided by it! This is one I look forward to.
Something I did do myself: Superhero T-shirts that are coming soon!
I was having a little Andrea break here at work, and as I only work a few blocks from Chinatown, I just had to pop out and visit the fortune cookie factory. It was the most delightful walk - I had never been down that tiny alley before. So now I'm back at my desk, munching on a chocolate round! Thanks Andrea, you always make the work day better.

I actually saw them make fortune cookies. Yeah, I did one of the mundane journey items :)
I couldn't access your page for a couple of days and it just KILLED me that I couldn't get to it!

i love the mundane hourneys book. i am planning on coming to sf for the first time EVER next summer and this book seems just like the type of guide i am looking for.
thank you for the world on fire link. i am sending it out to everyone. she is such an amazing artist. i had the pleasure of seeing her recently when she came to az and the show was just fantastic. worth the five year wait.

Oh!!, I can't wait to see what your superhero t-shirts will look like. I know I will be wanting one. I loved the link to mundane journeys. It's the little special things that really make a place, and give it character. This site really celebrates that. Great post!! :)
